Ronald BurgosAviles faces trial for allegedly murdering his love and their 20monthold son. The Border Patrol agent stands accused of stabbing 28yearold Grizelda Hernandez and her son to death before leaving their bodies in a remote wooded area. BurgosAviles could face the death penalty if convicted of the killings. BurgosAviles was found guilty on both counts Thursday. The judge said the sentencing phase will last five to seven days.
