Entanglement cases are, sadly, alltocommon here at Wildlife Aid, and when we got a call to a Heron trapped in a garden Simon knew just what to do.
With his trusty clippers in hand he rushed out to see how bad the poor bird was caught, and if it could be successfully given a second chance in the wild.
The bird was badly tangled, and had one wing firmly caught in line. Watch the video to see if Simon managed to set it free again!
