Even though autumn isn't really a thirsty season, the situation when you may want to have some water may always find you all of a sudden. And it's great if there's a shop or a kiosk selling something liquid, or at least bank or a shop nearby where you might easily get a glass of water and pretend to be a customer, but if not, you'll have to use all of your creativity to help your body survive the heat... maybe even address a local toilet!
