The Russian Knights aerobatics team is among the most popular flying displays at the Dubai Airshow 2017. The pilots flying the team’s six Su30SM fighters fly extremely close formation aerobatics as they carve graceful arcs, rolls, and loops over the Dubai World Central airshow site.
Each is powered by two afterburning Saturn AL31FL turbofans capable of delivering 27,560 pounds of thrust, the Su30SM can climb at a blistering 45,275 feet per minute and fly at up to Mach 2.
