Retrotech - 1960s Precisa 160-12 Electro-Mechanical Adding Machine

GrumpyTim

In this video we're looking at a Precisa 16012 electromechanical adding machine, made in Zurich, Switzerland in the 1960s. Precisa merged with the Hermes typewriter company in the 1960s and this machine along with others could be found badged both as a Precisa and a Hermes.

In the video we'll demonstrate how to use the machine and also look inside the case at the mechanism itself.
