*Read* Never attempt to pick up a jellyfish. The main purpose of this video is to raise awareness about our suffering oceans and help build a community of people who care and want to make a difference.
Further: These Jellyfish washed up along the Oregon coast. Specifically, Yaquina Bay Oregon. Some are stinging jellyfish and others are not. The jellyfish in this particular area wash up due to storms and climate change. While in shore the spoil and go to waste, as they are not part of shore animals’ regular diet. Jellyfish are most commonly eaten by fish, turtles, sharks, floating seabirds, and other jellyfish. Though it is unlikely that these jellyfish survived, according to research, there is a small chance that returning a jellyfish back to the water can help it.
