We filmed this video through Zoom on Oct 23, 2020 during Online Mindfulness Retreat at Deer Park Monastery, California (Oct 2125, 2020 ). We Would like to share this Qigong Practice with everyone so that more people who would love to practice it and get more great benefit from it.

Practice This Qigong will help you to Cleanse Blood in the body, generate a smooth circulation flows inside the body, calm mind and body, eliminate the chronic illness and prevent a lot of disease.

You can apply this Qigong Daily Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon during Exercise time. Practice this Set of Qigong by Barefoot and Repeat each Movement 21 times.

Warm Ups :
9 movements of Blood Cleanse Qigong:
1. Activate Hands and Legs
2. Open Arms
3. Hands Folded, Body Curving
4. Hands Upward and Backward
5. Slap two knees
6. Two Hands Clap the Nape
7. Tap on the Top of the Head
8. Hands wash Two Ears
9. Flap the Soles of the Feet
