Live King Crab Sushi

My favorite food is sushi, by a long shot. And one of my favorite treats from the sea has got to be king crab. The same way a shark rules the ocean, the king crab rules the ocean floor. The meat is sweet and delicate, often described as having a more tender and sweet flavor that's a notch above lobster meat. Assuming you can get your hands on some frozen king crab legs, the recipe is fairly simple for this recipe:

2 King Crab Legs
2 cups cooked Sushi Rice
2 sheets Nori
1 ripe Avocado
2 tbsp Furikake
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Japanese Mayo (optional)
