This is a demonstration with General in the Arcade game Kaiser Knuckle / Global Champion. Read on below for more information...
General is the final hidden boss in this game. Certain conditions must be met early in singleplayer mode if you want to fight him at the end. He is an unplayable character.
Kaiser Knuckle is a game released in 1994, where the 'structure' of it is somewhat loosely based on Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior and that is with 9 selectable characters and 3 unplayable bosses. Because of this structure, General is a character that sort of reminds me of M.Bison in a way... only in terms of him being in a soldier's uniform and the whole army getup. He only has 3 special moves.
He is a completely unique character in the game which makes him a good character to play as. He is very powerful with high priority in his basic moves, as you'd expect from a boss character.
===== Additional Information =====
He only has the one colour palette we see in the video.
If you lose with him, his 'losing sprite' (where everyone lays down on the ground) is Marco with flawed colours. This is obviously because he isn't meant to be seen as the loser on the Winning screen.
If you play as him, you must skip the Versus screen. If you don't, the game will lock after his versus intro.
He's a powerful character. Being a boss this wouldn't be surprising.
If you complete the game with him you get Bart's ending but with some flawed colors.
