Today we'll talk about the setup and use of the F14's Countermeasures Dispenser System. As with the other guides, I won't be covering everything in extreme detail. My intent is to cover sections in such a way that a brand new RIO can sit down in the back seat and function, no more and no less. Once these basics become second nature, the aspiring RIO can study into those systems further.
