In this video I show you how to brew a classic Belgianstyle saison. This is a lovely and extremely dry finishing beer with a wellbalanced hop bitterness that is ultimately quite refreshing. While it was about 7.9% ABV and 24 IBUs, it was very smooth and easy drinking with a very light and effervescent body.
