Stewed Tofu with Leek
Ingredients:
500 g tofu, 100 g minced pork, 30 g rawsoybean sauce, 15 g abalone sauce, 2 g salt, 2 g ground pepper, 1 dash minced garlic, chili and leek
Cook's Notes:
Keep the cooking oil in medium heat and then fry the tofu to keep the skin complete. You can add more chili if you like spicy taste. You can replace abalone sauce with oyster sauce.
