木瓜雪耳4人份量
材料
木瓜仔1個
雪耳1個
冰糖適量
處理
1. 清水浸雪耳20分鐘。
2. 雪耳浸軟後揸水沖乾淨。
3. 雪耳去芯剪細舊。
4. 南杏清洗乾淨。
烹調
1. 1人1碗水的份量加水落煲。
2. 放雪耳、南杏及冰糖。
3. 用大火煮至大滾轉慢火煲20分鐘。
4. 木瓜1開2去核每邊1開8。
5. 糖已煲了15分鐘放入木瓜滾510分鐘。
6. 細火已滾了5分鐘完成。
Snow fungus sweet soup with papaya (serving for 4):
Ingredients:
Papaya (small) 1 No.
Snow fungus 1 No.
Rock sugar appropriate amount
Preparation:
1. Soak snow fungus with tap water for 20 minutes.
2. Squeeze snow fungus after it is softened by water.
3. Cut away the core of snow fungus, cut into small pieces.
4. Rinse south apricot kernels thoroughly.
Steps:
1. One person to one bowl of water is to be put in the pot.
2. Put snow fungus, south apricot kernels and rock sugar.
3. Boil up at high flame. Turn to low flame after totally boils up. Boil for 20 minutes more.
4. Cut the papaya into 2 shares. Each share is to be cut into 8 pieces.
5. Sweet soup has been boiled for 15 minutes, put papaya pieces, boil 5~10 minutes more.
6. Boil at low flame for 5 minutes. Serve.
