There are many different surgeries to treat OSA given the many different anatomies and causes for sleep apnea in different patients. Not uncommonly, more than one surgery (multilevel surgery) may be required to fully resolve OSA in a given patient.
Keep in mind that there are many more surgical approaches to treat OSA not covered in this video including mandibularmaxillary advancement, other types of hyoid advancement procedures, tracheostomy, etc.
